12/21/23: We are in the process of discharging supposed income tax debt from 2016-2020. These filings were erroneous and fraudulent, therefor null and void. We are also working on several other related cases regarding property theft (legal plunder), unlawful seizure of a bank account, interference with private commercial activities, and human rights violations, among others.
Leger-Cleroux vs. Township of SOUTH STORMONT ®
12/21/23: Even though they have been served with notarized documents several times, including Afadavits, our Fee Schedule and Denials of Consent, the Township of SOUTH STORMONT ® continues to harrass us with notices of supposed owings for services that they refuse to explain, or offer "a la carte". In our paperwork, we have clearly indicated which services we would like to subscribe to (garbage pickup, snow removal, etc.), and which services we are not interested in or obligated to contract on (miscellaneous mystery fees, delivery charges, administrative fees [since we are not being represented by any politicians], public school board funding, etc.) .
Debt, Banking & Financial Updates
12/24/23: I’m pleased to report that after a tireless effort and long hours of research and testing, I have discovered several new “banking” options, both traditional using the SWIFT system, and the new wave of digital alternatives. None of them require the voluntary submission of a SIN, and with plenty of opportunities to include qualitative conditions and attributes to our applications (using human name, c/o, four corners rule, etc.). There is also one other brand-new option that I’m not at liberty to disclose just yet, but is in the works, and we are very close to seeing it roll out, hopefully in the new year. More to come on that.
